Villargordo del Cabriel is placed by the site of the Cabriel river, the western border of the Valencian Country with Castilla la Mancha.

The amazing natural environment (valleys, needles, ravines) has been shaped by the Cabriel river, one of the cleanest rivers in Europe. The difficult access has help to conserve this natural environment and its original fauna. A visit to the Cuchillos and Hoces of the Cabriel river is a must.
